DAY 3

• Plaiting and braiding is an essential string to add to your hairstylist bow, so i dedicate a full day to learning how to create a variety of braids also with incorporating twist techniques. Knowing how to plait and braid and twist the hair beautifully, either as a stand alone look or incorporated into a hairstyle, this will set you apart from the intense competition out there in the bridal hairstyling world.

• The forth day of the course is all about vintage/retro hairstyle and period makeup – a subject that is very close to my heart! I pride myself in my extensive knowledge of the particular techniques required to get these tricky looks just right and after training with me, you will too!

DAY 5
​PROFESSIONAL EDITORIAL PHOTO SHOOT

After the intensive 4 days of bridal hair and makeup training my students have the most amazing opportunity to use their new
professional skill set to create 2 bespoke bridal hair and makeup styles on their model for the photo shoot held in the
grounds of the exclusive wedding venue.
The stunningly beautiful surroundings of Nether Winchendon House provides more than just a glorious and inspiring place to work – it also gives you the opportunity to get the most remarkable photos of your work on the final day, with a professional photographer, so that you go away with an incredible Bridal Hair and Makeup portfolio to really kick-start your career. 

i can provide you with models or you’re more than welcome to bring your own, to dress up in fantasy bridal and couture wedding dresses provided by Rosie Red Corsetry. We also get to use gorgeous bouquets of flowers and we can also make the most of the wonderful flowers available to pick in the gardens, which offers the perfect finishing touch to your bridal hairstyles!
